Working Together Toward Excellence

The University of Maryland has once again been named one of the top 20 public universities in the nation, climbing to No. 16 in the U.S. News & World Report's Best College Rankings. We have also achieved our highest-ever overall ranking at No. 42, a remarkable rise of 22 spots since 2020. And, our upward momentum has been building.
